There are two ways you can purchase a HIP from us

Payment with instruction

Deferred Card Payment - where only 10% is payable on instruction, with the remaining cost payable at the earlier of the time your property sells or 10 months after instruction (charged to a debit/credit card, subject to a credit agreement) 

Please discuss with your Estate Agent or Solicitor the exact cost for your property and which payment method best suits your requirements. They will be able to order your HIPs from us.

We also offer, in addition to the required HIP, the opportunity to add a Home Condition Report and to upgrade the marketing of your property by adding a Virtual Tour and Floor Plans. Again your agent/solicitor will be able to discuss the costs or these additional optional services.
